About Our Reporting

This Web site is the primary means of communication about Abbott's citizenship initiatives, including a comprehensive review of our related policies, programs, and financial, social and environment, health and safety performance. On an annual basis, we also produce a hard copy report of our activities.

We consult many resources in developing this Web site and our reports, including SustainAbility, Business for Social Responsibility, the Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College, the Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative at Harvard University and the Corporate Citizenship Company. We gratefully acknowledge their input.

This site and our reports do not contain performance information on our joint ventures, unless otherwise noted. Together Rx Access and Partnership for Prescription Assistance programs are not trademarks of Abbott. The Abbott Fund is an Illinois not-for-profit philanthropic corporation established in 1951 by Abbott. All financial information is stated in U.S. dollars.
