“My entire team at Abbott, ranging from techs to managers has devoted considerable time to my development and growth not only in my current role but also in preparing me for a future role. My manager takes the time to meet with me on a weekly basis which allows us to put our heads together to evaluate my current projects, plan future work, and even review some of the work I’ve already done. This has been instrumental to my success as a Co-op and has provided a great example of what it means to a part of a team in industry.”
